Using bahggo Terms and Conditions — Everything You Need to Know

01 General Terms & Conditions

Bahggo (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. bahggo's terms and conditions are fully aligned with Bangladeshi law and applicable regulations. These terms apply to the bahggo website, mobile app, and all associated services.

By creating an account on bahggo, accessing the site, or using any of our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bahggo's services.

Bahggo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the site, and users will be notified by email.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register on bahggo and use our services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years must be.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and address at the time of registration.
• Each person may only hold one account on bahggo. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential. Allowing third parties to access your account is prohibited.
• Bahggo may request a copy of your national ID or passport to verify your account.

If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, bahggo reserves the right to suspend or close the account and may forfeit any balance held in that account.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Bahggo supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Deposit and withdrawal limits are shown in the table below:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted while a bonus is active.
• Bahggo complies with international anti-money laundering standards and reserves the right to review any suspicious transactions.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 50,000. For amounts exceeding this, please contact support separately.

04 Bonus & Promotional Offer Terms

Bahggo regularly offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. However, all bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that every user must follow.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only. Can be claimed once per registration.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses generally require a wagering requirement of 15x to 30x. Specific terms for each bonus will be stated on the offer's page.
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Abuse: If evidence of bonus abuse is found, bahggo reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and suspend the account.
• Multiple Accounts: Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts within the same household or on the same device is strictly prohibited.

05 Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on bahggo. These rules apply to all Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots games.

• The minimum amount per bet is BDT 20.
• The maximum bet limit for a single event may vary by game, and bahggo reserves the right to set limits on any bet.
• Bahggo reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
• Bets linked to match-fixing or any form of manipulation will be voided and the associated account will be permanently closed.
• In live betting, if a bet is not confirmed due to an internet disconnection, it will be considered void.
• All slots and table games on bahggo use internationally certified RNG technology. Results are entirely random and not predetermined.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under bahggo's terms and conditions. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets artificially to exploit the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to manipulate the system through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Harassing other members or using abusive language.
• Making deposits using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Participating in any gaming activity involving individuals under the age of 18.

07 Responsible Gaming Policy

Bahggo believes that entertainment is only healthy when it stays within control. That is why responsible gaming is a core part of our terms and conditions.

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 30 days and 1 year at any time.
• Cooling-Off Period: The option to take a 24-hour break from your account.
• Session Timer: Keep the session timer on to track how long you have been playing.
• Reality Check: A summary of your wins and losses will be shown at regular intervals.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Bahggo reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• A clear breach of the terms and conditions.
• Registering with a false identity or incorrect information.
• Evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or system manipulation.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.
• Prolonged inactivity (no login or transaction for more than 12 months).

You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before an account is closed; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of terms violations. Inactive accounts may be charged an admin fee of BDT 50 per month after 12 months of inactivity.

09 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint, please contact our 24/7 live chat support first. The bahggo team will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• You will receive an initial response within 48 hours of submitting a complaint.
• Complex matters will be resolved within 7 business days wherever possible.
• In disputes involving technical errors, bahggo's server logs will be considered the final and definitive evidence.
• If you are unsatisfied with a bahggo decision, you may apply for mediation through an independent third party.

10 Amendments & Effective Date

Bahggo reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the site.

For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or via SMS at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of bahggo after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. For any legal disputes, the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction.
